Property improvement is responsible for maintenance and long-term development of our property. The means ensuring that our properties are kept up to a good standard and remain reasonably economic. The accommodation should be adapted and developed to meet students' special needs. This includes the internal and external environment as well as general comfort.

Accommodation development and Property Centre
The work of accommodation development is characterised by closeness to the tenant, in that it involves handling all matters during the accommodation time, as well as practical administrative items. It involves things like management, repair, cleaning, and inspection of land and buildings.

Support Process Market Communication
The market development process has the task of supporting activity in all matters of marketing and undertakes this work as a communications strategy. Support process IT
The task of IT is to develop information support functions for the whole organisation, including the generation of an overall IT strategy. A lot of the work is channelled via our website, which helps our customers in various ways in both sales and service situations. IT also works on introducing and developing technical IT aids for our tenants, such as TV and broadband.
