The drug-and alcohol-free corridor in Delphi house B, established in January 2009, is a part of the process that everyone can feel at home as tenants in AF Bostäder. All tenants in the corridor will be selected by a special process, the following clause attached to the lease:
The student corridor’s all dwellings with associated common areas are alcohol-and drug-free. The tenant therefore commits itself not to appear drugged or take or otherwise absorb or store alcohol or other drugs in any form. As drug counts each substance that is mind-altering and / or addictive, which can be marketed in a certain manner and not be consumed for medical reasons. Any action which is contrary to drug prohibition constitutes a fundamental breach of contract and lead to dismissal. The tenant is aware that he is responsible for both their own as their guests' behaviour in the corridor.
The corridor is for those who for some reason can not or will reside in an environment where drugs or alcohol are present. You apply to the corridor by sending a personal letter - in which you present yourself, and justify why you prefer this type of housing - to Customer Service Centre. Full name, personal ID number, current address and copy from LADOK-register must be stated in your application.
