There are door closers that obstruct accessibility, but in general access within the building is good.

Laundry rooms are accessible. Sills are approx 3 cm high. There are lifts down to the laundry which is in the basement. Storage is fully accessible.

Space in the kitchen is good.
1.6 Accommodation
The layout of corridor rooms is good and the toiler area (1.7 x 1.9 m) meets accessibility criteria.
2.1 Footpaths
The surface of footpaths is in good condition. Cycle-sheds are located outside footpaths.
2.2 Ramp, slopes
The area is flat and without large differences in level.
2.3 Lifts, platform lifts
Buttons at and inside the lifts have tactile markings and there is a rail at the button box.
2.4 Interior doors
Space in front of doors meets the required criteria.
2.5 Measures for safe access
Upper and lower steps do not have contrasting markings.
2.6 Design to facilitate orientation
There is adequate contrast between interior doors and the surrounding walls.
2.7 Summary
It is possible for wheelchair-bound people to live in the building. Laundry rooms and storage are accessible. There is good space in the kitchen. The kitchen is accessible for mobility handicapped visitors.
