At Vildanden there are ‘alternative staircases’ where tenants promise not to smoke or have household pets, and to be careful about perfumes. In addition, AFB does not use strong chemicals for cleaning, and offers tenants unperfumed detergents.

At Delphi there are five non-smoking corridors and at Kämnärsrätten three.

Radon measurements are taken throughout our range of residences and the results show the annual mean radon level to be less than 50 Bq/m3. The limit for existing buildings in Sweden is 200 Bq/m3.
