Little arbours, seats, and grill-bars tempt you as you walk by.  This is open-air living in parklike surroundings, perfect for the outdoor experience, spontaneous meetings, and evening activities. Just take a walk through Delphi and you’ll understand what we’re talking about.

Delphi is one of our largest sites with over 1,300 residences, and is famous for its community spirit. As one of our student residents, you can look forward to a rich student life with new friends and fantastic memories. Furthermore, Delphi is the housing area that offers a drug-and alcohol-free corridor, which is part of the process that everyone can feel at home as tenants in AF Bostäder.

Also, you will be very close to Lund Technical University, the School of Economics and Ideon, and you won’t want for anything in the line of services - neighbouring sites offer a food mall, swimming baths, a gym, and much more.
