Ulrikedal is one of our larger sites, and one of the most varied. It offers a mix of residences with everything from corridor rooms to larger apartments.

Ulrikedal is congenial and popular. Well-trimmed, close-set hedges of hawthorn and privet in attractive formations meet you when you come here. Within the site there are great places for creative thinking and picnics on the wide lawns. In summer, you can rest in the shade of the old knotted willows, or pick walnuts straight from the trees in the courtyard.

In one of the buildings there is a restaurant, and within easy walking distance you have the whole of Lund city centre. There’s even a sauna on site!

Whether you’re looking for a residence with an active social life and exciting events, or want to take things more quietly, you’ll find something to suit you here. If you have children, Ulrikedal is just the place, because there’s a day-nursery next to the site.
