The following regulations apply for persons hiring the room:

  • The tag may only be signed out by the person responsible for booking the room.
  • Max 25 people allowed in the room at the same time.
  • Discotheques not permitted.
  • Music may be played at reasonable sound levels, but not later than 22:00 Sunday - Thursday.
  • Music may be played at reasonable sound levels, but not later than 24:00 Friday-Saturday.
  • Special regard shall be taken to the residents of Tomegapsgården.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the room. And not in the toilets either.
  • The use of outdoor candles (“marschaller”) is not allowed, neither indoors or outdoors.
  • The recreation room shall be cleaned and ready the day after use by 12:00.
  • Tags must be returned to the Customer centre at Sparta in accordance with the specific agreement that is apparent from the booking confirmation.
  • Cleaning includes wet cleaning of all floors (change water often), cleaning of toilets, kitchen, tables and chairs.
  • Cleaning also includes the area outside the building, in the proximity of the room.
  • It is the responsibility of the person who agrees to this contract to make good any vandalism. Note that there is no maximum amount.
  • Unsatisfactory cleaning will result in a charge for complete cleaning performed by a cleaning company, charged at their express cleaning rate.  Such a charge can amount to several thousand SEK.
  • A non-approved inspection of the room will be charged at 750 SEK in re-inspection costs, exclusive cleaning.

Cleaning instructions for all rooms

  • Remove any decorations that have been hung up.
  • Wipe off tables, chairs, cupboards and shelves with a damp cloth.
  • Stack tables and chairs in a corner of the room.
  • Sweep and wash/dry all floors, also applies to the entrance. Change water often!
  • Collect and dispose of all garbage.

Specific for toilets

  • Clean all toilets and washbasins.
  • Empty wastepaper baskets.
  • Wash/dry walls.

Specific for kitchen

  • Empty and clean the fridge. Do not turn off power.
  • Clean the cooker and oven.

Specific for exterior

  • Empty and take ashtray inside. Check that any cigarette butts are extinguished.
  • Empty wastepaper baskets.
  • Remove all garbage.]

Specific for cleaning equipment

  • Clean and rinse floor mops properly.
  • Clean buckets and other cleaning equipment.
