AF-Bostäder is the largest student residence company in southern Sweden, with approx 5,800 student residences - all in central Lund. Our tenants are young, active people with high-pressure schedules who therefore need to have local services.
In our residential areas we offer a variety of commercial sites exactly suitable for service companies. These sites are right next to our residential properties and we are looking to create a balance between residential and service facilities in the area.
As a tenant of AF-Bostäder, you have access to a large number of customers who live right next to your workplace. In addition to the accommodation, the areas are also meeting places for other people. Shopping centres, hotels, conference areas, concert rooms, restaurants, sports halls, and many other facilities mean that your business will be part of a dynamic area where people are constantly on the move.
In our premises, there are both large and small companies and institutions. Activities cover everything from consultancies in modern communications technology to pizzerias, cafés, and hairdressers and include for example, Hotel Sparta, ICA, medical practice, and Lund University.
Together, we look at the various solutions for adaptation of a site to your activities. No problem is too big to be solved, and we have over the years carried out a number of major conversions to meet the requirements of new tenants.
