1/14? How your queue number is calculated
Every apartment has its own queue. If you are logged in you can see your queue number. If the digits indicate 1/14, it means that you have the best queue number out of 14 who have booked that particular apartment. Note! Your queue number may change during the booking interval (expires at midnight, 2400) in relation to how many there are in the queue, and your own queue number in relation to the others. If somebody with a longer queuing time books the same apartment after you, you will be moved back in the queue to 2/15. Your queue number is calculated on your queuing date which you can see on the first page after logging in.
If you are not number 1
If you are not number 1 when the booking period expires at 24.00 (midnight) your bookings will disappear when we process the agreements the following working day. This means that you have to wait until the next working day before you can make new bookings.
Booking is binding - maximum 3 at a time
Only reserve rooms in which you are interested. You can have a maximum of three bookings at a time, and bookings are binding unless you deregister before the end of the booking period (at 24.00). If you change your mind after that date, you will lose your place in the queue.
Age limit for corridor rooms
At the time of signature of a rental agreement for a corridor room, applicants should be no older than 35. Corridor rooms are not shown in the list to those above 35. Read more about housing list and rental conditions.
Furnished or unfurnished
We let both furnished and unfurnished corridor rooms. If you rent a furnished room, the furniture is part of your room. You are responsible for the furniture during the whole rental period. More information and pictures here.

Update your Housing application every semester
Remember to update your Housing application every semester or you risk loosing your queue place. Log in and go to Housing application and update the date for paid Student union fee at the latest 31 October for the autumn semester and at the latest 31 March for the spring semester.
