AF Bostäder releases its 2022 Annual Report

AF Bostäder 2022:

  • Rent increase in line with previous years - Despite significantly increased costs, we have been able to raise the rent by only 2% from January 1, 2023, thanks to reprioritizations.
  • Demolition of our-leaf clover houses marks a new era - We have demolished the four-leaf clover houses at Kämnärsrätten in stages to build 1,500 new student housing units. The demolition is now complete, and now only one construction start remains.
  • Sweden's most bike-friendly workplace - We have been named Sweden's most bike-friendly workplace in the medium-sized company category in Cykelfrämjandet's competition.
  • Successful energy-saving campaign - During our energy-saving campaign, tenants managed to reduce electricity consumption by 5.9% from October to December.
  • Better dialogue with new customer survey - Starting in 2022, we measure customer satisfaction continuously, which enables us to act faster and improve the dialogue with the students.
  • Continued investments in health and community wellness - In 2022, we invited students to participate in activities such as Marathon marathon and series games in various sports in collaboration with LUGI Motion.
  • Half of the Delphi pipe replacements completed - The project to renovate 850 bathrooms at Delphi, including pipe replacements between 2020-2026, is proceeding according to plan and is now halfway done.
  • More housing for novisch students - In 2022, a total of 1,151 housing units were allocated to new students with a home address outside Skåne in AF Bostäder's novisch lottery, 197 more than the previous year.
  • Lundakarnevalen was a success! - We have a restrained sponsorship policy but support Lund's student life and contributed in 2022, among other things, to Sweden's best carnival.
