The property is divided by a three-dimensional property formation. Construction of the school started in October 2017, and the student apartments were installed during autumn 2018.
Sagoeken is built with durability and well-being in mind. The student housing is entirely made of wood and is delivered from a factory in Piteå before being installed. The construction technology is not only fascinating - it also increases the quality and efficiency of the project. Each individual apartment can be reviewed before it is delivered and although all the apartments will travel from Piteå to Lund, there will be a lot less transport in total.
