AF Bostäder is proud to have won "Nöjd Studbo 2023" in the category Live with over 2000 student housing. The survey is conducted by Origo Group and gives students the opportunity to express their opinion about their housing and landlord. This year's CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) score of 76 is an improvement compared to the previous year, placing us at the top in the category of large student housing companies.

At last! Many of you have asked us for good and eco-friendly cleaning tips. In cooperation with Ellinor Sirén, known for her Instagram account, “Ekotipset” (Eco-hacks), we have produced a special edition of her popular book “Städa hållbart med Ekotipset” (Clean Sustainably with Eco-hacks).

On Tuesday, May 9, we will launch new services for earlier move-in and inspection on our website. There will be brief interruptions on the website during the morning, but everything should be back to normal by 1:00 pm.

On May 3, we start renting out the second stage of the newly built student housing at Pireus in Lund, with a move-in date of September 1, 2023.

Now, we carry out controls of the customers' study results, so called study control.

A student paradise in the best location – that is how AF Bostäder describes Lund’s beloved student housing area, Sparta. Now that AF Bostäder is to build on the last remaining plot in the ongoing expansion project at Kämnärsrätten, the company has decided to copy Bengt Edman’s masterpiece and construct a new Sparta – in miniature.

April 30th in Lund is associated with traditions, celebrations and festive spirit but unfortunately also with large and unsafe arrangements in the Parentesen housing area. Now AF Bostäder, in consultation with the police and the emergency services, has chosen to secure the area for a calm and secure April 30th.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! Tenants at AF Bostäder get a 30% discount on the registration fee for the Lundaloppet, a city race that winds through Lund's fine city center.

On February 15, 2023, we start renting out the newly built Nordic Swan eco-labelled student housing at Pireus in Lund.

In November 2022, Mats Olsson became the new Property Manager at AF Bostäder. Mats has almost 15 years of experience in sustainable property management here at AF Bostäder, and has full control of what is needed to take care of properties, housing and outdoor environments so that the tenants feel comfortable. We let Mats answer a few quick questions.

Every semester we check that the study and membership requirements are met in accordance with the housing list and rental conditions. We also check subcontracts.

AF Bostäder has received the award "The most bicycle-friendly medium-sized workplace in 2022" by Cykelvänligast, because they make it easier and more fun for employees to choose the bicycle to, from, and at work.

During 2022, the students donated more than 27 tonnes of textiles in the clothes bins at AF Bostäder's housing areas. Textile recycling is good for the environment and provides support to people in need.
