Reminder: Temporarily changed fault reporting routines

To protect our customers and caretakers, and reduce the risk of the spread of infection, we have changed our fault reporting service routines.

For the time being, the following applies:

  1. We primarily make emergency repairs.
  2. Less serious errors will be taken care of later.
  3. During visits, we ask you to temporarily leave your home.

Before you report an error, please try this:

As soon as possible, we will return to our normal service routines and then we will see you as usual in your housing area. Take care of yourself and feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
