On the 24th of April, AF Bostäder will start renting out the second and final phase of the newly constructed student housing at Rhodos. Located at Kämnärsvägen 24 in northern Lund, these housing units will be available for move-in on the 2nd of September 2024.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! On the 28th of April, AF Bostäder is organizing a hiking excursion to Frostavallen in Höör, in collaboration with LUGI motion. All residents of AF Bostäder can sign up for the excursion - completely free of charge. It will be a fantastic day in the Swedish nature with fellow students.

At the moment, we're in the process of reviewing the academic results of our tenants, known as study control. We regularly verify the tenants' academic performance, to ensure that they carry out active studies in accordance with the Housing list and rental conditions.

Following Region Skåne’s policy decision to move the University Hospital in Lund to Smörlyckan, AF Bostäder has acquired the main hospital building, Blocket (The Block), and is establishing Therapeftikos, providing 1 300 student housing units equipped with modern facilities. Students can look forward to an underground infrastructure and an air service.

THE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Last season's team sports series was a success, and now we're back with an outdoor soccer series, indoor soccer, floorball and volleyball series! The series, which is arranged by AF Bostäder and LUGI Motion, has room for 6 teams. The first 6 teams to sign up get a place.

Congratulations to the students at corridor Ällingavägen 5 A 1209–1216 who won the first prize in the Student Mello competition with their amazing entry "My Plate."

AF Bostäder's mission is to provide housing for active students at Lund University, and we follow up on this every semester. We also conduct regular controls to ensure that the accommodation is used correctly and to prevent any unauthorized sub-letting.
