The lottery is complete – the letting of 900 novisch housing units has begun

The housing consists of corridor rooms and one-room apartments, primarily rented out with move-in dates on 1 August, 1 September or 1 October 2025.

If you took part in the novisch lottery, you can view your assigned queue time (date and time) on Your pages.

As a novisch, you can now start booking available novisch housing via our website. There, you can also see how many novisch units remain and the most recent queue time that resulted in a contract.

Please note that you may have a maximum of three active bookings at a time, and that all bookings are binding. You will find more information about how the booking system works on our website.
