AF Bostäder is a foundation that develops, builds and manages housing for around 8,000 students at Lund University in Sweden. We provide well-managed and sustainable student homes close to campus.

On 21 September 2026, we will start letting the second and final phase of Troja. This phase comprises 183 new student homes at Kämnärsvägen 61, 63, 65 and 67, with move-in on 15 December 2026.
Lund's most Lund-style marathon race is finally back! On Saturday 19 September, 300 students will run or walk from Marathon, along a distance of approximately 5 km, and back to Marathon for the finish line.
