The Nöjd Studbo survey – your opinion matters!
We want everyone living with us to have the best possible student housing experience in Sweden – and we need your help! Once a year, all tenants receive the Nöjd Studbo survey, where you can share your feedback and suggestions. By participating, you also have the chance to win one month’s rent – we select a winner every month!
What is Nöjd Studbo?
Nöjd Studbo is a tenant survey conducted by Origo Group, where students in Sweden can share their opinions about their housing and landlord.
- The survey is sent via email throughout ten months of the year (excluding June and July).
- All AF Bostäder tenants receive the survey once a year.
- Reminders via SMS are sent with a short link (tiny-url) for easier access.
Why participate?
- Help us improve! Share your feedback and suggestions to make AF Bostäder an even better landlord.
- Win a month’s rent! Answer a tiebreaker question and enter the draw – each year, 10 students win a free month’s rent.
- Your opinion makes a difference! Results are analysed for each housing area to identify improvements and enhance your living experience. We carefully read all written responses and appreciate every idea and suggestion.
