Here you'll find cleaning tips for both bathroom and kitchen, as well as cleaning instructions for corridors, so you can keep your student accommodation clean and tidy. Also, we have tips for you who want to clean in a more sustainable way.
Clean easily and sustainably with Eco-hacks!
Many of you have asked us for good and eco-friendly cleaning tips. In cooperation with Ellinor Sirén, known for her Instagram account, “Ekotipset” (Eco-hacks), we have produced a special edition of her popular book “Städa hållbart med Ekotipset” (Clean Sustainably with Eco-hacks). Collect your free copy (in Swedish) from the Service Centre at Sparta! The book gives you lots of tips, advice, and recipes for how you can clean all parts of your home easily and in an eco-friendly way using natural and sustainable agents. The famous miracle agent is a good example:
Window cleaner/Miracle agent
An effective window cleaner/miracle agent that can also be used as an all-purpose cleaning spray.
You need:
- Vinegar (12%), 2 dl
- Washing-up liquid (preferably eco-labelled), approx. 5 drops
- Water, 3 dl
- An empty spray bottle (for example a vinegar bottle + an old spray nozzle)
How to make it:
- Pour all the ingredients into the bottle.
- Put on the spray nozzle and shake the bottle gently.
- Ready!
