Three quick questions for our new Residence Representative

August 25, 2025

Welcome, Linnéa Netterheim, AF Bostäder's Residence Representative for autumn 2025 and spring 2026. Here are three quick questions for you!

Question 1: Why did you choose to become the students' elected representative at AF Bostäder?

Answer: I have worked as a student employee at AF Bostäder for three years and have really enjoyed both my colleagues and the working environment. At the Service Centre you are in constant contact with customers, which gives you a broad picture of the questions, needs and wishes of our residents. I wanted to become a Residence Representative to work with these issues on a systematic level, where I can support our customers as a whole and not just in individual cases. In addition, I was keen to continue working with all the wonderful colleagues at Sparta and across our housing areas!

Question 2: What are you looking forward to the most during your year as a Residence Representative?

Answer: I look forward to learning more about the student housing situation across the country, and how different housing companies work both in the short and the long term to create sustainable housing solutions. I also have a few projects in my pipeline that I am excited to get started on. On a personal level, I think it will be incredibly exciting to gain solid experience of board and management work.

Question 3: Do you have any tips for students living with AF Bostäder?

Answer: My number one tip is always: join our housing queue! It’s completely free and gives you the security of knowing you can get accommodation at relatively short notice. My second tip is to see your housing as part of the Lund student adventure. Moving into a corridor or sharing with other students may feel daunting at first, but for many people corridor life becomes one of the most important memories of their student years. It’s also a fantastic way to get to know new people.
