The draw for queue times is complete, and we have started renting out the 250 housing units reserved for novisch students for the spring semester of 2026.
The housing consists of corridor rooms and one-room apartments, with move-in dates on 1 January or 1 February 2026.
If you took part in the novisch lottery, you can view your allocated queue time (date and time) on Your pages.
You can now start booking available novisch housing on our website. There you can also see how many novisch housing units remain and the latest queue time that resulted in a contract.
You may have up to three active bookings at the same time, and all bookings are binding. Read more about how the booking system works on our website.
