Adjacent to AF-borgen stands the Aspegrenska building, with roots in 19th-century student life. AF Bostäder is now embarking on a historic renovation, recreating the original accommodation at Aspegrenska. Students with an interest in culture will have the opportunity to experience an unplugged and authentic student life, entirely free from modern conveniences.

On 4 May 2026, we will start letting the student apartments in the first phase of Troja. The apartments are located at Kämnärsvägen 57–69 in northern Lund and are part of 312 new student apartments with space for around 500 students.

Located directly next to AF-borgen, Aspegrenska huset is considered Lund’s first modern student residence, with roots in student life dating back to the 19th century. A historic renovation is now beginning in which AF Bostäder will restore Aspegrenska huset as student housing, creating space for 17 students.
