Deferment of rent
If you know that you may have difficulties paying your rent on time on a rare occasion, you should contact us well in advance to apply for a deferment.
To apply, send an email to info@afbostader.se. You may be granted a maximum of two deferments within a twelve-month period, and you must not have previously been late with rent payments without an approved deferment.
A deferment can be granted for up to two weeks. The fee for a deferment is 90 SEK, which will be added to your next rent payment.
