Now we're renting out the last student apartments at Rhodos!
On the 24th of April, AF Bostäder will start renting out the second and final phase of the newly constructed student housing at Rhodos. Located at Kämnärsvägen 24 in northern Lund, these housing units will be available for move-in on the 2nd of September 2024.
Rhodos consists of three independent buildings with the address Kämnärsvägen 20-26. Here we have built 186 apartments. Among these are one-room, two-room, and three-room apartments. Many of the apartments are designed for shared living among friends. Here, the bedrooms have been adapted to accommodate both a bed and a study area.
The housing currently being rented out has the address Kämnärsvägen 24 and will be ready for occupancy on the 2nd of September.
Shared accommodation – One contract
Regardless of the size of the apartment, the contract is always signed with one tenant. The tenant decides who he or she wants to live with.
All Inclusive
The rent in Rhodos includes most of the essentials. Internet, household electricity, heating, hot water, laundry detergent, and a personal bike rack are all included in the rent. There are no telephone- or TV-outlets, as these are less important for today’s students.
The rent also includes our high housing standards. This includes, among other things, smart storage solutions, tiled bathrooms with wet room carpets, and induction hobs in the kitchen. All apartments also have access to their own storage room.
