Letting now starts for Troja phase 2
On 21 September 2026, we will start letting the second and final phase of Troja. This phase comprises 183 new student homes at Kämnärsvägen 61, 63, 65 and 67, with move-in on 15 December 2026.
Troja is our new housing area at Kämnärsrätten in northern Lund. In total, the area comprises 312 student homes ranging from one to four rooms and a kitchen, with space for around 500 students.

The homes are let according to queue time, just like our other homes. Earlier move-in is not possible.
Homes for different ways of living
Troja offers homes ranging from one to four rooms and a kitchen. Many of the larger homes are designed for sharing with friends, with bedrooms that have space for both a bed and a study area.
Regardless of how many people live in the home, the tenancy agreement is always signed by one tenant. The tenant decides who they want to live with.
The rent and what is included
All homes at Troja have a twelve-month rent. The rent includes, among other things, internet (1 Gb), household electricity, cold water, heating, laundry detergent, storage and a personal bicycle rack. Hot water is charged separately.
The rents stated at the time of letting are the 2026 rents.
